March 10 Chapter Awards Banquet and Monthly Meeting - This year we are at The Grille at Runways in the Rider Jet Center FBO building are KHGR. We can start arriving at 5:30 with dinner at 6:00. We are limited to 40 so it will be first come first in so don't be late with your registration. The dinner is $25 and the reservation must be made by March 7. There is a 4 choice menu consisting of
#1 - Chargrilled Chicken Breast Saltimbocca (topped with ham, provolone, with marinara sauce over toast points)
#2 - Sauteed Beef Tenderloin Tips (in a portabella mushroom sauce served on a bed of mashed potatoes)
#3 - Baked Chicken Breast Roulade (stuffed with crab imperial topped with lobster sauce)
#4 - Broiled fresh Mahi Mahi Filet (served on julienned vegetables topped with a light dill sauce)
All items come with a tossed salad with house dressing, alcoholic and other drinks can be purchased at the bar.
